Policy on Unaccompanied Minors
The following policy applies to all visitors, patrons, and guests of the shopping center located at 139 South Compass Way, Dania Beach, Florida, owned and operated by Dania Live 1748, LLC and Dania Live 1748 II, LLC (the “Shopping Center”). The policy is intended to promote a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all customers and tenants of the Shopping Center.
- Unaccompanied Minors. No person under the age of 18 years (a “Minor”) shall be permitted to enter or remain in the common areas of the Shopping Center, including but not limited to the sidewalks, parking lots, plazas, courtyards, fountains, and restrooms, without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 21 years of age (an “Adult Supervisor”) on Friday and Saturday nights after 5:00 p.m. (the “Restricted Hours”). An Adult Supervisor must remain with the Minor at all times while in the common areas of the Shopping Center during the Restricted Hours.
- Identification. All Minors and Adult Supervisors may be required to show valid identification with a photograph and date of birth upon request by Shopping Center security personnel, management, or law enforcement officers. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver’s license, state-issued identification card, passport, military identification card, or school identification card.

Exceptions. The following Minors are exempt from this policy, provided that they can show proof of their status upon request:
- Employees of the Shopping Center or any of its tenants, who are accessing the common areas for work-related purposes only, such as reporting to or leaving from their jobs, or performing their duties or tasks.
- Enforcement. This policy will be enforced by Shopping Center security personnel, management, and law enforcement officers. Any Minor who is found to be in violation of this policy may be asked to leave the Shopping Center or be escorted to a designated area to wait for an Adult Supervisor to pick them up. Any Adult Supervisor who is found to be in violation of this policy may be asked to leave the Shopping Center or be escorted to a designated area with the Minor(s) under their supervision. Any person who refuses to comply with this policy or the requests of Shopping Center security personnel, management, or law enforcement officers may be subject to trespassing charges or other legal action.
- Disclaimer. This policy is not intended to discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or any other protected class under federal, state, or local law. This policy is also not intended to interfere with the rights of tenants or residents of the Shopping Center or their guests, as provided in their respective lease agreements or other applicable documents. This policy is subject to change or modification at any time by the Shopping Center’s Property Management, in its sole discretion, to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all customers and tenants of the Shopping Center.
